Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the matter. Corporate advisory engagements typically span four to six weeks initially, while dispute mediation may involve two to eight sessions over several weeks. Estate planning is usually completed within four to eight weeks, depending on asset complexity. We always provide a realistic timeline at the outset.

All client communications are protected by legal professional privilege under Malaysian law. Information shared with our advisors in the course of a professional relationship is held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party without your express consent, except where required by law.

Our fees are set out clearly before any engagement begins. Corporate Advisory starts from MYR 3,800, Dispute Mediation from MYR 5,200, and Estate Planning from MYR 7,500. The exact scope and cost are agreed upon in writing prior to commencing work. There are no hidden charges.

Yes. While our office is based in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, we work with clients throughout Malaysia. Consultations can be arranged in person or remotely, depending on what is most convenient for you. We also assist clients with assets or interests in multiple jurisdictions.
