3. Description of Services
Verdien provides the following legal services to clients in Malaysia and, where applicable, internationally:
Corporate Advisory
Guidance on company formation, shareholder arrangements, regulatory obligations, and corporate governance. This includes document preparation, compliance reviews, and ongoing board advisory support for SMEs and startups. Engagements typically span four to six weeks, with optional retainer arrangements.

Structured facilitation for resolving commercial and civil disputes outside formal court proceedings. Services cover dispute assessment, facilitated sessions, and guidance toward workable resolutions. Duration varies by case complexity, generally across two to eight sessions.

- We reserve the right to decline any matter at our professional discretion
- Scope changes during an engagement must be agreed in writing
- We may engage qualified subcontractors or collaborating counsel where appropriate, with your knowledge
